New breweries confirmed include Broughton Ales, Traquair House, Nethergate, Morrissey Fox, Brewdog, Bath Ales and Harviestoun. Hopefully that will be enough to keep eveyone satisfied. I’ll see if I can manage to put the full list of ales on here when they all arrive.

They’ve been ordered and as usual they are coming from Barritt Glass Print. Again as with previous years we’ll be selling the glasses to raise funds for the SSPCA.

Islay Ales have confirmed today that their ales should be with us for the Beer Festival. Another new one for us. Bill Francis & Friends (aka The Clach) are now confirmed for Saturday 19th September so that completes our entertainment line up. Ciders for this year’s Festival will be provided by the Ross-on-Wye Cider & Perry Company. We should have 8 different ciders from them and other local cider makers. Should be enough to keep the apple fans happy.

Plans are progressing for this year’s Festival. Latest Brewery to confirm are the Deeside Brewery who will be sending 3 of their ales for us to try. This will be their debut at the Benleva so we’re looking forward to it very much. We’re hopeful that we may manage to get some Brewdog beers too [...]
