I visited your beer festival last weekend and had a wonderful evening and an equally wonderful meal. we had a courgette and lime soup to start which I am cheekily asking you to supply me with the recipe, I live in Leicester England so will have no competitive issues. I have checked the web for recipes to copy but with out luck so I am appealing to you.
My friends and I all enjoyed your beer festival and it has been a major talking point and highlight along side the amazing scenery of our holiday.

Our wedding reception at the Benleva could not have been more fabulous!! You guys, your staff, the facilties, the food and drink exceeded our greatest expectations! Thank you again for a very memorable evening- will tell everyone we know how fantastic the Benleva is!!! Cheers:)

We just wanted to thank you and your staff for another great stay at your hotel.

Thanks also for the winner of the Derby. Any other tips would be most welcome!

If you decide to travel down south for a spot of racing, let us know and we’ll show you around. Folkestone and Lingfield are within an hours drive and we have a few Point to Points locally, which can be good fun.

Just wanted to drop you all a line and let you know how much fun we had hanging out with the locals at the Benleva pub!
